Chris Petty, Chris Clark & John Storey have constantly tried to be innovative in their approach to service whilst also emphasising that all of their staff should receive continuous ongoing training, to ensure that they are capable of the high level of service demanded by their customers. An example of this is their own Customer Relationship Management (CMS) tool. This approach helps all staff to take ownership of the customers’ problem, whether it is a problem with an IT system that supports 300 staff or a BlackBerry that one person is having difficulty accessing, the company never passes the problem back.
